![]() I will definitely be sticking with AMC from now on! On top of having to wait about a week or 2 just to be refunded!!! I went on 2 separate occasions and made sure to speak with the same manager (different than who rang me up) both times, only to be told there wasnt anything they could do and to call customer service!!! What kind of service is that?!?! I know have to be inconvenienced because of an error one of your employees made. Only to my surprise when I woke up the nto ft day to check my bank account I was in fact charged twice. He then called for another manager and he said my payment didnt go through and they rang me up again. I finally provided my card for payment and the machine broke so he couldnt give me a recent. And when I asked why the price was so much higher than what shows on the menu he couldnt even tell me why, or the fact of providing options for the meal but leaving out the fact that the options he provided were an additional cost. ![]() A manager rang me up for food and had no clue what was included in a combo. By far one of the worst experiences going to the movies Ive ever had! I understand being new has some kinks to work out, but if places are going to hire a manager then they need to provide more training.
